Animals - Asian Caravan
The Asian Caravan provides a glimpse into the remote reaches of Asia's dense forests and mountains. Visitors learn about the plight of two of the most endangered big cats on earth, the Snow Leopard and Amur Tiger (formerly known as Siberian Tiger). These rare and elusive cats, seldom seen in the wild, are available for an up-close look every day at the zoo. Their Asiatic neighbors, also endangered, the Gorals and White-naped Cranes, can be viewed from several viewing areas including a raised deck or from the path.
