Winter
Classes
Children ages of 3 and up. varies varies Children will explore the wide world of animals from tropical frogs in the rain forest to polar bears in the arctic. All classes include hands-on activities, a craft, games and more. Pre-registration is required.
Quarterly Classes Children ages 3 and up $8 for members and $11 for non-members 2 hours Children will explore a variety of different animal topics and participate in hands-on activities, crafts and animal encounters. Pre-registration is required. Students should dress for the weather. (see website or newsletter for current programs)
Homeschool Classes The program targets two age groups: ages 7 – 9 and ages 10 and up $8 for members and $11 for non-members 2 hours These classes offer instruction on a variety of environmental and animal related topics. Classes are structured to sharpen observation skills and provide opportunities for hands-on learning. No parents or sibling are allowed in class unless they are registered as a participant. Pre-registration required. Students should dress for the weather. (see website or newsletter for the most up to date class list)
